For orders outside the UK please note your parcel may be subject to customs processing, we cannot predict delays caused by customs clearance nor can we control how long this takes. Your tracking information will show updates to inform you if your parcel is being held for customs clearance.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged we will do everything we can to ensure this is resolved.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your item(s). Please note that the item must be new and unused, with all the original accessories, free gifts, packaging and manufacturing seals intact to be eligible for a full refund.
