Ensure your hair is clean, dry and product free.
Step 1: Conduct a sensitivity test (see important information).

Step 3: Take a ‘before’ photo of the area you wish to improve.
Step 4: Place the device on your head, adjust headphones for comfort.
Step 5: Turn on your device and connect to Bluetooth.
Step 6: Sit back and relax. The device will turn off after 10 minutes.
Using a soft measuring tape, place it just above your eyebrows. Wrap the tape around the top of your ears and then around the back of your head at its widest point. Pull the tape so it sits snugly — it should lie flat against your skin without feeling tight. The number you see is your head circumference.
*If your measurement sits close to the upper or lower limit of a size, consider sizing up or down for the most comfortable fit.
Based on your measurements, choose from the below:

59cm - 63.5cm: Large

Both technologies use the power of light coverage to stimulate cells, increasing blood flow while delivering essential nutrients directly to the hair follicles. Unfortunately the contraindications state that our products cannot be used if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or breastfeeding. This device has NOT been tested on pregnant or breast-feeding women and therefore the risk to the foetus, neonate or pregnant women is unknown.
Before carrying out your first treatment you must carry out a sensitivity test. Follow the step by step guide below;
1. Power on your device.
2. Switch ON the controller and allow the device to run for its full 10-minute treatment program. The device will automatically switch off after 10 minutes.
3. At any time if your skin feels HOT or uncomfortable STOP using the device immediately.
4. After the treatment wait at least 6 hours. If the skin appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you.
5. Return the device to CurrentBody within 14 days for a full refund.
Ask your doctor prior to using if you:
1. Are taking prescription or over-the-counter drugs known to cause light sensitivity.
2. Have any suspicious or cancerous lesions.
3. Have any photosensitive disorders or any genetic conditions of the eye.
Potential risks
Immediately after treatment skin may appear red. Skin should return to normal within 1 to 2 hours.
Temporary headaches may immediately follow the light treatment. Headaches can be treated with an appropriate pain killer and rehydration.

After five weeks of using this helmet, I’m already noticing a difference. I don’t have spot hair loss, but my hair has thinned with age, and I’ve always struggled with fine, curly hair that breaks easily. I've had the CurrentBody Skin LED Hair Growth Helmet for exactly two months now and am satisfied with it. I have a number of clear plus and minus points. I'll start with the negatives. The helmet has small “suction cups” on the inside that have a cut. These rubber cups ensure that the helmet fits well and doesn't press anywhere annoying despite its weight, but it also ensures that my hair _always_ gets caught in and around these pans. Extremely annoying and (almost) unacceptable, this really needs to be looked at technically for a solution. I use the helmet for hair growth and not to pull my hair out! In addition, the helmet is big and hard and takes up a lot of space when it comes to storage.
Now the plus: it works! After 2 months of (almost) daily use of 10 minutes, my hairline seems slightly fuller. Even my “friend” copylot (Copilot Chat is Microsoft's AI-powered conversational assistant) sees a difference and writes:

Hairline and density: In the newer photo, the hairline looks slightly fuller than in the older photo. More short, fine hairs are visible at the front, which indicates regrowth or new hair growth.
Scalp visibility: In the older photo, the scalp appears more visible along the hairline, suggesting thinner hair growth. In the newer photo, the scalp is less visible, which supports the perception of increased density.
Overall assessment: There are signs of hair growth rather than hair loss over the two-month period. The improvement is subtle but noticeable, especially in the area of the front hairline.
