Step 1: Conduct a sensitivity test.
Step 2: Cleanse your skin and pat dry. Attach the mask, then adjust the strap around your head (for the Series 2 Mask, attach the top strap across the top of your head).
Step 3: Switch on, sit back and relax for your 10-minute treatment.
Step 4: Remove the mask from your head and wipe clean.

I had the original Current Body mask and recently purchase version 2 which is definitely superior. I have noticed that my skin texture has improved, becoming firmer and smoother and the pesky milia spots that I am prone to are slowly but definitely disappearing. I do use it regularly though, and pop it on every morning when I wake up, then when the 10 minutes are up I'm properly awake. Unless you are committed to this routine it's probably not worth the investment.

I really love this mask! It’s soft and comfortable, unlike others that feel rigid.

As for results, it’s too soon to tell since it’s only been a month, but I’m hopeful!
