Step 2: Cleanse your skin and pat dry. Attach the mask, then adjust the strap around your head (for the Series 2 Mask, attach the top strap across the top of your head).

I think its a bit soon to say that it has made a lot of difference but my skin is feeling good, i got the series 2 mask becuase it uses 3 different wavelengths which seemed a good idea from what i know about red light and its benefits.
I forgot to put the eye shields in the first few days and it seemed very very bright even with my eyes closed, i hope it cant damage the eyes, its loads easier with the eye shields to be fair.
I am not sure how it should fit, it touches in some places and not others, i dont think i wold want to walk around in it and anyway that would frighten my dog. I have a funny shaped head at the back so the straps dont quite hold it as i would like but i dont know if it has to be in close contact or not so maybe it doesnt matter if the chin bit isnt in contact??? All in all it seems like a nice product and my skin certainly isnt worse since i started using it. I recently had an injected skin treatment in my face and was advised not to use the mask for 3 weeks so am having a bit of a break.
