Step 1: Conduct a sensitivity test.
Step 2: Cleanse your skin and pat dry. Attach the mask, then adjust the strap around your head (for the Series 2 Mask, attach the top strap across the top of your head).
Step 3: Switch on, sit back and relax for your 10-minute treatment.
Step 4: Remove the mask from your head and wipe clean.

At first, I didn't know the instructions, I couldn't put on the mask. Now I use it 5 times a week for 10 minutes. I'm not entirely thrilled, as others say, but something is changing. Slowly, but there are changes. It is not entirely clear how to clean the mask yet. The instructions say that you should not clean it with alcohol. However, there is a video where girls clean the mask with alcohol.
